At Ryvon, every product is made to order, ensuring quality and uniqueness. Because of this, we maintain a limited return policy in accordance with our production partner.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or offer replacements under the following conditions:

You must report the issue within 4 days of delivery.
Mandatory Proof (Important)
To process your request, you must provide:

A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from the start

The video must clearly display the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item)
Requests without proper video proof may not be eligible for a return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size selection

Change of mind

Minor color variations (due to screen differences)
Refunds & Replacements
