Return & Refund Policy – Ryvon

At Ryvon, every product is made to order, ensuring quality and uniqueness. Because of this, we maintain a limited return policy in accordance with our production partner.

Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or offer replacements under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Window

  • You must report the issue within 4 days of delivery.

Mandatory Proof (Important)
To process your request, you must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from the start

  • The video must clearly display the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item)

Requests without proper video proof may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color variations (due to screen differences)

Refunds & Replacements

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

    • A free replacement, or

    • A full refund (based on the situation)

  • The unboxing video proof

Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
